District Manager

The Role

The District Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurants within their territory. You will be the bridge between ownership strategy and store-level execution, ensuring every location delivers the high-quality experience our fans crave.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Leadership: Oversee daily operations for several high-volume locations, ensuring consistency in food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and mentor General Managers. You are responsible for building a deep bench of leadership and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Financial Performance: Take full ownership of the district P&L. Identify trends, manage labor and food costs, and implement strategies to drive top-line sales growth.
• Operational Audits: Conduct regular site visits and health/safety audits to ensure all locations meet or exceed brand standards.
• Strategic Growth: Work with ownership to identify market opportunities and streamline operations as the territory expands.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 3+ years of Multi-Unit/District Management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual industry.
• Proven Results: A history of hitting financial targets and developing successful General Managers.
• Energy & Grit: A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to get in the trenches during peak hours to coach the team.
• Location: Must be able to reliably oversee locations within the Jasper, GA territory.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and report clearly to executive leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year (depending on experience).
