Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonuses

Our passionate franchise group is proud to bring this bold energy to Western New York. We are dedicated to operational excellence and a people-first leadership style. We are looking for an inspiring, growth-minded Training & NSO Manager to lead our rapid expansion across the Buffalo region.
The Role: What Youll Do
As we scale, you will be the architect of our culture and the engine behind every successful launch. You will ensure our "speed of trust" matches our speed of service.
- Lead the Launch: Own the end-to-end training process for New Store Openings (NSOs), ensuring every team is "Grand Opening" ready and obsessed with the guest experience.
- Build the Bench: Lead, coach, and develop multiple managers and teams (40+ members) to achieve performance goals.
- Master the Craft: Maintain total proficiency in all operational roles—from drink preparation to shift leadership—modeling excellence from the front.
- Operational Integrity: Spend 75% of your time in the stands coaching, training, and ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, safety, and speed.
- Drive Results: Empower Managers to maintain low labor costs while analyzing P&L statements and KPIs to drive regional profitability.

What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of multi-unit leadership in QSR, coffee, or high-volume drive-thru environments.
- The NSO Edge: A proven track record of training teams and successfully launching new locations.
- Operational Grit: Expertise in labor modeling, inventory management, and P&L analysis.
- Leadership Heart: A passion for building internal talent pipelines and leading through positivity and empowerment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and personalities under pressure.
- Requirements: Flexible schedule (early mornings and late nights), ability to stand for long periods in varied weather, and a valid driver's license for regional travel.
