The Role

As the General Manager, you are the captain of the ship. You will have full accountability for the restaurant's financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team culture. You aren't just managing a kitchen; you are running a multi-million dollar business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Profitability: Take full ownership of the P&L. Manage labor costs, food waste, and inventory to maximize the bottom line.
  • Lead the Crew: Recruit, hire, and train a high-energy team. You will mentor Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to ensure a deep leadership bench.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain "Brand Standard" cleanliness, speed of service, and food quality at all times.
  • Guest First Culture: Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service. Resolve issues quickly and turn first-time visitors into regulars.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the restaurant meets all health department regulations and internal safety audits.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment.
  • Leadership: A proven ability to inspire a diverse team and hit aggressive performance targets.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L statements, inventory control, and labor management.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the business.
  • Certification: ServSafe Manager certification is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
