We are currently seeking a high-energy, results-driven General Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will work closely with the District Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial results, and cultivate a culture of hospitality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure peak efficiency and brand standard compliance.
• Team Leadership: Partner with leadership to recruit, onboard, and train high-performing team members. You will be responsible for scheduling, performance coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Guest Experience: Maintain a "guest-first" mentality, resolving issues with grace and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
• Inventory & Financials: Track inventory, manage labor costs, and maintain accurate record-keeping to meet profitability goals.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict sanitation and safety standards, ensuring the facility meets all health and legal regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the food service, restaurant, or retail industry (Restaurant experience is strictly required).
• Certification: Must possess a valid Manager Food Handler Certification.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a confident, professional demeanor.
• Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Mindset: A continuous learner with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for operational excellence.
