What Youll Do

Your mission is to lead your Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to victory by focusing on people, profits, and pizza.

  • Operational Excellence: Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards, food safety, and "Gold Standard" product quality are met.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and mentor RGMs. Youre a coach at heart, helping your team hit their career goals.
  • Financial Performance: Take full ownership of your districts P&L. Youll analyze data to increase sales, manage labor costs, and reduce waste.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure every guest in the Jacksonville market receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute market-level business plans to outperform the competition.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail industry.
  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using back-office systems, inventory software, and data analytics to drive results.
  • Locality: Deep knowledge of the Jacksonville market (or a willingness to learn the local landscape quickly).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred.
