Area Supervisor
Job Description:
Area Supervisor – Tallahassee Market
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonuses Scope: Multi-unit Oversight (Tallahassee & surrounding Leon County)
The Role
In a town that lives and breathes game days and fast-paced campus life, we need an Area Supervisor who can keep their cool when the rush hits. You won't just be "checking in" on stores; youll be the strategic lead for our Tallahassee footprint, ensuring our teams from Midtown to Collegetown are executing at a championship level.
We are looking for a high-level operator who can translate P&L data into floor-level action. If youre tired of the corporate grind and want a role where you have the autonomy to build a culture, this is it.
Whats In It For You?
- Top-Tier Pay: $80k–$85k starting base, significantly above the Tallahassee market average.
- Bonus Structure: Monthly and quarterly incentives based on COGS, labor, and mystery shop scores.
- Full Benefits: Premium Health, Dental, and Vision + 401(k) with company match.
- Local Perk: Monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance for travel across the Leon County area.
- Growth: We are expanding our North Florida presence—this is a "get in on the ground floor" leadership opportunity.
Your Game Plan
- Regional Strategy: Oversee [Number] units, ensuring consistent high-volume performance and 100% brand compliance.
- Talent Development: You are responsible for the "bench." Youll coach GMs to become future Area Supervisors and ensure our turnover is the lowest in the district.
- The "Science" of Service: Analyze weekly prime costs and implement immediate course corrections to protect the bottom line.
- Hospitality First: Maintain "Gold Standard" cleanliness and speed of service, especially during peak Legislative Sessions and FSU/FAMU event weekends.
What You Need
- The Resume: 3+ years of multi-unit experience in QSR or Fast-Casual.
- The Brain: Strong financial acumen; you should be able to navigate a P&L in your sleep.
- The Heart: A passion for coaching. We want a leader who builds people, not just schedules.
- The Logistics: Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Tallahassee area.
