Regional Manager – High-Volume Wing QSR

Location: Shreveport / Bossier City, LA Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity

In a region that knows its flavor, we are looking for a Regional Manager to lead one of the most famous and beloved wing brands in the country. Our Shreveport-Bossier locations are high-energy, high-volume, and deeply rooted in the local community.

We need a "boots-on-the-ground" leader who understands that the secret to a great wing spot isn't just the sauce—its the speed, the service, and the team behind the counter. The Role: What Youll Do

As the Regional Manager, you will oversee [Number] locations, serving as the strategic lead for our Shreveport operations.

  • Drive the Bottom Line: Take full ownership of the regional P&L. Youll analyze labor trends, manage food costs (especially crucial in the wing industry), and implement strategies to boost profitability.
  • Develop the "Bench": Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing General Managers. Your success is defined by how well you prepare your team for their next promotion.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure every location is "Game Day Ready" every day. Youll maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
  • Strategic Growth: Work closely with ownership to identify local marketing opportunities and operational improvements to stay ahead of the competition.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or Fast-Casual (Wing or high-volume fry experience is a major plus).
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to translate P&L data into actionable coaching for your GMs.
  • Leadership Heart: A passion for coaching and a "lead by example" mentality. You aren't afraid to get in the kitchen during a peak rush to show your team how it's done.
  • Community Ties: Familiarity with the Shreveport/Bossier market and its unique local culture is highly preferred.
  • Requirements: Valid drivers license and the ability to travel between units daily.
